The girls have beautifully matching bows that Becky made for me. She came by with her family last night, saw the dresses and made bows for the girls and brought them by this morning. They matched perfectly and completed their outfits, Thanks so much Becky!!

Logen's Birthday

So Logen's Birthday was on Tuesday, he turned 3 years old. I can't believe my baby boy is getting so big!! We got to celebrate it with Grandparents this year, which was a lot of fun.
I am using Mom's computer so I can't do a slide show of him, so I'm just doing pictures of his Birthday this year. Enjoy!!

St. George

So we made it here to St. George on the day before Thanksgiving. We had a great Thanksgiving lunch with Mom and Dad, and then had Dinner with Jesse's Family. The kids are registered for school at East Elem. not the one I wanted them to go to but Washington school district sucks! The kitties Mow Mow and Cloe have adjusted okay, Mow has more then Cloe. The kittens are out in the Trailer with us and they are getting very big and are so freakin cute.

We should have the MLS listing for our house here soon, I'm just waiting for it to get emailed to me from our Realitor. Thanks so much to Britteny and Anngee who helped a great deal with the packing and cleaning of the house. You guys are awesome!!!

Logen has been sick with this stuff called Infentigo (spelling??) he has these tiny little bumps all over that get scabby and, red and then they bleed, poor little guy. Apparently it is a Bacterial Infection cases by Strep. hopefully he will be getting better soon.


Jesse loves it here, playing with Grandpa and running around outside, he couldn't be happier. Though he does miss Alex!

Payton was sad to leave her friends but has been doing okay, she is a little nervous to start a new school, but other then that she is okay.

Rae got to hold her new sister on Wednesday night, Della brought her over right after we arrived in St. George, she is adorable!! She is happy to be here and is enjoying getting to see her Mom and bro and sisters!

Jesse is just happy to be away from the snow and near his Mom and Dad!!

I on the other hand am missing the snow and a few other things.

Anyway, all is well on this front and I hope all is well on yours!!

Emali Toryn Carter

Rae's little sister Emali Toryn Carter was born today November 8, 2009 at 6:55 p.m. She weighed in at 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. Both Mom and Baby are doing great, Congratulations Della and Bill!!!





To add to this note Rae will be seeing her new little sister in about 7-10 days when we move to St. George. We are leaving some of our stuff her to stage the house and are putting it up for sale at the end of this week. Our neighbors home is up for sale at 289,900 which is what it is worth and has been sitting for about a month, so we figure our home is the same size and lot size we will put it up for less at about 259,900 and hopefully it will sell better.

We will be staying with mom until our home sells, thanks so much mom for putting us up!! Britt and I are trying to put together a get together so we can see everyone before we go.

A Good Time

So my oldest bro Teddy was in town for about a week or so and I wanted to get to see him. So me and Britteny, Shane Anngee and their kids went out to dinner with Ted on Tuesday. We went to this place called Davanza's, it was pretty good, I had never ate there but Jesse had ate the one in Park City and he recommended it. It was really good to see Teddy I miss him, and he is always good for a laugh!! As with all Floyd's, he hates his picture taken, so I just took one!

Afterwards Britteny and I were driving home and we were both still hungry, we had shared a pizza at dinner but it was much smaller then we thought it would be. So seems how I have never tried Britteny's favorite food, Southwestern Eggrolls from Chilli's, we went there. Being alone with Britt reminded me of how much I miss living with her, hanging out at home while Ray was at work, trying to teach Rayden how to crawl and Ryan to walk, talking about everything and anything!! It was so much fun and I am absolutely positive we will be doing it again some time soon!!

On our way out of Chilli's we got a call for Jesse, my little Kitty Sami had finally had her kittens.

So Britt came home with me so she could see the kittens.

So this is what we found, she had two cute little kittens. They were born on my brand new winter Jacket Britt had helped me pick out!! So we moved them to a better spot where the Momma could have more room to lay down.

Then in the morning this is what I found!!

She had moved the two kittens back to where she had them, and had given birth to another one!!

So we have 3 adorable little kittens now!!

They are so cute, it has been along time sense I have had newborn kittens in my home, like at least 15 years!!

BTW Britteny, make sure you call me and tell me what happens with you know what ( wink, wink)!!

A Fun Little Project

Jesse had an idea, we had some extra MDF from some other projects in the house, so we thought it would be fun to make something for the kids with it. This is what we came up with. I wrote their names on the MDF and Jesse cut it out with his Jig saw. I painted the girls and some on the boy's but Jesse did Lil' Jesse's.

So I decided to paint my window, it's not my best but I thought it turned out okay. I did notice that I put the Boo on backwards after I took the picture, it's fixed now.

We have been watching Britteny and Ray's cute little orange kitty for them, he is so freakin cute!

Cloe and Mow Mow get along pretty good now, he likes to follow her around and then attack her when she least expects it.

I have also been watching her kids to, well Soren and Alex anyway, the last pics I posted were of Alex so it is Soren's turn.

Saturday Game Night!!

So we just spend the last 4 hours in the back yard playing games with the kiddos. First we played this game the kids made up called Bulldog. It's almost the same as the game we played when we were little -ghost in the street. It was tons of fun, we also played Mother May I, and Are you awake Mr. Bear!! We have decided to make this an every week thing, but now that it is getting cooler outside we will most likely have to go to playing board games. Any one have any good recommendations?? We have a few, the one Mom and Dad got us for Christmas, and the one Chelle got us too, but that's it. I also need to paint my from window for Halloween and haven't figured out what to do yet. Alas it will have to wait cause tomorrow is FOOTBALL!!!!!

A SUPER Fun Time!!

A Little bit ago we had Alex and Soren over so Brit and Ray could work on their house. My boys couldn't have been more excited, Jesse and Alex are best friends!

Spiderman/Alex, Superman/Logen and Batman/Jesse they all dressed up as super hero's and played together the whole time.

Yesterday morning a wonderful man returned home to his wife and son. Jesse's Grandpa Allie Woodard passed away after a long battle with cancer.

A little Update!

So we would like to have our home up for sale at the end of the month and we are almost there. Jesse got the master bath finished so I thought I would post some pics!

First we have the shower, Its not grouted or trimmed out yet but I still thought it was much better then before. When it is complete I will post a before and after.

Then is the floor that I designed and laid all by myself!! I thought it turned out pretty good!

This is the back splash around the tub, Jesse designed it and I put it in. We were going to replace the tub and put in a corner jetted tub, but they cost too much. So we just left the Garden Tub.

We will hopefully have the entire house ready to go by the end of next week. We repainted the Guest Bedroom and are putting in a wood floor down there. We ran out of the stuff that goes under the wood, so as soon as we get back to Sutherland's to buy some more we can finish that.

Jesse stated a new job yesterday at Berger Mechanical, he is working up at Park City again!! I swear can no one find work in the Valley?? Oh well at least it's a job!

Jesse's dad has his own business in St. George that Jesse is going to help him get off the ground. The company John (Jesse's dad) worked for went out of business, John carries the Generals License in Carpentry for the company, so when they went under they gave John the name of company and contract with Sun River (a subdivision in St. George). So when we hopefully get back down there Jesse can help his dad out!

And Then There Were None....

So here is a little update on our quiet little life. Rae went to spend a while with Della in St. George, her little sister Lilly turned 6 on the 22nd. They went and got their hair done at a Salon and then went and got their pictures taken. Here is one I will have to post the other one after I go get copies.



I love this picture, she looks so beautiful and grown up. We miss her like crazy when she is gone, but she gets to have fun with grandparent's and spend time with her little brother and sister. Rae will have another little sister here soon too, Della is about 27 weeks prego. I believe the name she picked is Emali Klarisa Carter, but it may change. Rae is such a great big sister and she can hardly wait for another little baby to hold.

Payton, lets see besides her singing around the house at the top of her lungs nonstop she is doing great. She loves being in 1st grade and we have had zero problem so far. She got her hair cut a while ago and I just love the way it looks on her. She looks so cute with short hair!!



She is still obsessed with Tinker Bell, we have come along this game on Disney.com a cute little Fairy game where she made her own fairy that she can fly around with Tinker Bell, its pretty fun. She is missing Rae but she will be home next week.

Jesse boy is getting huge and looking more and more like his daddy everyday. I can't believe he will be in kindergarten next year, he is already bigger then most 2nd graders. He is still majorly obsessed with cars and carries then around with him were ever he goes. Him and Logen are best friends and can always be found together playing with cars.



He is about the sweetest boy ever, he is always telling you how beautiful or handsome you are.


Logen is our little Jester, he takes after his daddy, always trying to make someone laugh. He has the biggest smile, he can't keep his eyes open his cheeks are so big. He reminds me of Patrick with his dimples, even if he's not smiling you can still see them.



He is talking so good now, you can understand almost every word that comes out of his mouth, including Damn it!! Yes mom, I take after you!! He is getting to big for his toddler bed, we need to find some cheap bunk beds for the boys.

As for Jesse and I, I have filled out about a million application and got 1 call back from Ross, but it didn't turn out. Jesse has been working like crazy on the backyard still, he almost has all the sprinklers fixed. I have been trying to declutter my house, throwing away all the stuff I don't need, it has proved to be difficult.

I can hardly wait for Autumn to get here, I haven't painted my window all year and I am getting anxious. I want to put out all my Halloween stuff and Fall stuff, to see the leaves change color. It is almost my favorite time of year!!
