Little Happenings

So not much has been going on in our lives as of late. All my kids are sick, they sound like a bunch of dying frogs. I don't know where they got it from, sorry Britteny if your kiddos get it too. This will be a busy weekend with Della coming for Rae's Birthday, I think her parents are coming too, it will be a full house. On a different note my little Logen is such a talker, I am amazed at all the things he can say. He can say most of the alphabet, it is so cute!! On a completely different note, I am having problems with my Jesse boy. He has done awesome on the whole Potty Training thing, when it comes to going pee. He hasn't had an accident in months. I can not for the life of me get him too poop in the potty, he just won't do it. We've tried EVERYTHING!! We even have a a little preschool toilet in the downstairs bathroom for the kids to use. He will hold it in for like a week, I feel so bad I know it has to hurt his poor little belly. Any advise would be great!! As for Payton she is doing great in school. I have to admit I was a little scared at first, She just had no interest in learning anything, but she is doing really good. We are still trying to have the house up for sale by the end of February. That is assuming we get enough money back from our Taxes to finish the house. So there it is, my life in a nutshell.

My little benjamin was the same way when it came to pooping in the potty. I had to bribe him big time to get him to go - I think what finally worked was I had Uncle Jeremy call him pretending like he was Goofy! Good luck - I know how frustrating it is.

I don't know what to tell you with the potty training stuff, Corbin pooped in the potty before he peed in there. But it was very frustrating to get to that point. Good luck with everything.

Potty training sucks! Boo will poop in the toilet one day and not the next. He will come around. Just hang in there.

I didnt have that particular issue with potty training (or maybe I just dont remember. Damn my kids are old). But I have heard that when they wont go, a warm bath will loosen them. So maybe try that. Good luck with everything.

I had the same problem with Ryan. What worked for me (I know it sounds rude) was scaring her with the truth. If you don't go poop it can kill you. I also used (with my pediatricians permission) a suppository, she hated it sooo much that she finally started pooping. And when she did stop again all I had to do was show her a suppository and she would go again. Anyway good luck.
